An application was made to the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange to defer the publication of the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2023.
The Board wishes to advise the shareholders of the following changes in its composition,
2022 concluded in a celebratory spirit upon the Group reaching five million LTI free man-hours.

Masimba Holdings wishes to notify the public that the reconsturction work on Shashe River Bridge, i.e KM 225+650 along Harare-Masvingo Highway, will commence on 5 October 2022.
