Construction of 148 housing Units for the Beitbridge Border Post Staff in Beitbridge town.

The scope of works comprised of the following:

• Construction of 20 Executive Units
• Construction of 10 Managerial Semi-detached Units
• Construction of 13 Double Storey Blocks (each block with 8 units)
• Construction of 1 Double Storey Block (block with 4 units)
• Construction of 17 Drying Yards & 17 Refuse Yards
• Construction of 6 Playing Areas
