Masimba Plants 2000 Trees

Masimba is certified to the ZWS ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and is committed to the protection of biodiversity. 

Road construction involves the destruction of trees and bushes when creating detours, gravel borrow pits and, in the case of dualized sections, new lanes. In line with the project’s Environmental Management Plan and the Group's pursuance of sustainable development, our Harare Beitbridge Road team partnered with the Forestry Commission, Environmental Management Agency of Zimbabwe, National Social Security Authority, and the Zimbabwe Republic Police in planting 2,000 trees in Gokomere on 10 December 2022.
