2012 - Murray & Roberts Limited South Africa sells 46.46% of its remaining shares to Zumbani Capital
1997 - Murray & Roberts South Africa reduces its shareholding from 65% to 46,46%                                                                             - International Holdings Limited rebrands to Murray & Roberts (Zimbabwe) Limited
1980 - Murray & Roberts (Rhodesia) Limited rebrands to International Holdings Limited
1974 - After a successful IPO, Roberts Construction rebranded and listed on the 
            Rhodesia Stock Exchange as Murray & Roberts (Rhodesia) Limited
1965 - Promat, now known as Proplastics, was established as a subsidiary of Roberts Construction 
            to manufacture and supply complete plastic pipe systems
1951 - Roberts Construction Rhodesia registered as a property development company
1950 - Roberts Construction awarded Victoria Falls Hydro-Electric Power contract
1934 - Douglas Roberts, a Civil Engineer, starts Roberts Construction in South Africa
